Sales Assistent
To strengthen our dynamic team in Tilburg (Netherlands), we are immediately looking for a committed and technically-minded Sales Assistent for the area of communication solutions. In this role, you will support our customers in the Netherlands and Belgium and make a significant contribution to market penetration and strengthening our corporate image. Responsibilities
- Customer Support and Advice: Supporting and advising our customers with a focus on a service-oriented approach to strengthen customer loyalty.
- New Customer Acquisition and Acquisition: Proactive acquisition of new customers as well as the identification and development of new projects.
- Order Processing and Fulfillment: Processing of orders in the ERP system, including order entry, order confirmations, creation of delivery bills, invoices and export documents.
- Project Management: Responsibility for sales-related project support and management.
- Customer Inquiries and Delivery Options: Managing and monitoring customer inquiries and ensuring delivery availability.
- Competition Monitoring: Analysis of the market and competitive landscape for strategic sales planning.
- Reporting and Quality Management: Control and reporting of key sales figures and support of our quality management system to ensure quality standards
Your Profile
- Education and Specialist Knowledge: Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification, ideally with market and industry knowledge.
- Language Skills: Business fluent in Dutch and very good written and spoken English.
- Technical and Software Knowledge: Good knowledge of MS Office and experience in working with ERP systems, as well as a general basic technical understanding.
- Work Style and Personality: High customer orientation, quality awareness and a target and result-oriented way of working. Responsible and entrepreneurial thinking and acting are naturally for you.
- Communication and Team Skills: Strong communication skills, team spirit and intercultural competence as well as a confident appearance and friendly manners.
- Commitment and Independence: Flexible, team-oriented behavior with a cross-departmental mindset, coupled with a high level of discipline, reliability and initiative.
